In this role you will maximize production efficiency through effective item placement, warehouse analysis, and maintaining system related logic that affects production work. On a weekly basis you will review and execute opportunities for improvement in the facility (or facilities) that you are responsible for. You will assist in identification and execution of projects to improve the efficiency of operations. Earn $26.50 per hour Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 95 North Hatfield Road, Hatfield , MA You will contribute by: Manage adding unslotted new items into the warehouse footprint while considering the following criteria: dimensions, selector and forklift operator feedback, GMP and OSHA best practices, flammability, commodity and temperature grouping, and special customer requirements Work closely with Site and Slotting Leadership to improve building capacity and quality, reduce damage, and drive improved team performance while keeping safety top of mind. Ensure consistency between systemic (WMS) and physical warehouse environment including location labels, slot sizes and capacities, put away forklift rules, and item information (dimensions, description, etc.) Liaison between DC and corporate functions such as procurement and MDM to ensure accurate product information Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Computer skills- MS Word, MS Excel (intermediate to advanced skills), MS Access, SQL, and WMS systems (EXE or Triceps preferred)

Continuously walking on surface type (s): Carpet, tile, concrete.
Continuously reaching (level: Waist/overhead, etc).

Ability to quickly learn and understand warehouse operations, able to be self directed and self motivated, advanced critical thinking skills.
Able to effectively balance multiple frequently changing priorities
