About The Position

The Warehouse Shipping position involves operating a forklift in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all operational and safety rules and guidelines provided during forklift license training. The role requires the operation of both fork and clamp attachments, transporting finished goods and raw materials as directed, and loading and unloading semi-trailers while completing necessary paperwork and communications. The employee must understand and use all scanning equipment required for the job, maintain and update inventory information, and communicate professionally with supervisors and co-workers. Additional responsibilities include assisting other departments, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and performing sweeping, cleaning, and sorting duties as necessary. The position emphasizes safety and requires the employee to evaluate and take appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Obtain or be able to obtain a Forklift Driver's License.
