Assisting the feedyards with the nutrition and health of growing cattle, PerforMix Nutrition Systems is an Agri Beef subsidiary that assists in developing balanced diets for our cattle-along with other beef and dairy cattle throughout the Northwest-with the guidance of first-class cattle nutritionists. PerforMix develops and produces the highest quality feed supplements on the market. The company is comprised of nutritionists, a logistics fleet, sales force, quality control managers, and administrative support. This team understands that proper nutrition is key to the production of exceptional Northwest beef. PerforMix Nutrition in Fruitland, Idaho is looking for a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This position is responsible for the handling and management of bulk and non-bulk ingredients in and out of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to perform basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing and perform basic conversions
• Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn custom software programs
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OR minimum of one (1) year of related maintenance/mechanical experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Load and unload flatbed trucks - assisting with tie down, departure preparation, and paperwork
• Load and unload bulk trucks – weigh in/out, setup of receiving area, and paperwork
• Verify incoming and outgoing loads
• Receive incoming POs into the DAX system
• Maintain, clean, and organize warehouse, dock, and receiving area
• Manage finished product inventory as required
• Communicate ingredient levels to procurement departments
• Assist with finished product packaging when needed including bagging, stacking wrapping and labeling
• Be responsible for preventative maintenance on forklifts
• Maintain and clean outside grounds
• Adhere to all safety, SFSF and company policies
• Participate in required trainings and meetings
• Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis
• Perform other related duties as assigned
