What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse shipping or similar experience Comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs solo (50 lbs with assistance) Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded Forklift experience is a plus—but we can train the right person! You’ll rotate through key warehouse functions, including: Receiving Verify incoming product quantities and documentation Scan and put away inventory using our ERP system Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts Shipping Prep pallets, boxes, labels, BOLs, and tracking Ship domestic & international orders Schedule pickups and ensure on-time deliveries Pick, Pack & Kitting Pick and pack parts with speed and accuracy Build customer kits to spec Scan barcodes and keep materials flowing Inventory Support Locate missing parts Process special shipments, PODs, and priority orders Every Role Includes Keeping your work area clean and safe Working as part of a tight-knit team Following safety and quality standards (we take both seriously) What Success Looks Like You’ll know you’re winning when you: Hit daily productivity targets (pick/pack, receiving, shipping, kitting) Maintain accuracy—right part, right place, right time Are flexible and ready to help wherever the operation needs you Ready to Get Moving? Requirements
