Millstone’s business focus is sterile and non-sterile packaging of medical devices. Millstone also engages in other activities, such as mechanical inspection and assembly, which are designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. We are FDA and ISO registered and employ a detailed internal quality system to ensure ISO compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES Working collaboratively within the Operations team, the Warehouse Associate will have the following responsibilities: Follow established procedures to accurately replenish surgical kits, performing visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Complete required documentation for all steps, quantities, and quality checks, while adhering to customer and Millstone Medical specifications. Safely operate a reach truck to move, load, and retrieve materials within the warehouse. Support accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments by picking, staging, and verifying orders, maintaining a clean and safe work area, inspecting equipment, and following all safety and company guidelines. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred
  • Must have Reach Truck experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
  • Software and computer skills
  • Organizational skills
  • 20/20 Vision or corrected 20/20 Vision
