About The Position

Butternut Mountain Farm is a Vermont, family-owned, second-generation company. We are the largest packers of pure maple syrup in the country. We are seeking a Warehouse Shipper who has experience picking and pulling orders, loading, and unloading trucks, and counting physical inventories.

Requirements

• 2 years of shipping and/or receiving experience
• Solid computer skills
• Experience with inventory systems in a production/warehouse environment
• Good reading, writing, and math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a consistent basis
• Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Good vision

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Certified with two years' experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Count physical inventories
• Operate all types of material handling equipment such as a forklift
• Schedule couriers
• Communicate shipments with the appropriate parties to meet delivery dates
