About The Position

The Warehouse Service Specialist will provide support of NTM handling, supply production with consumables and spare parts and complete the required transactions in SAP/WMS. Mainting order and cleanliness in production and the warehouse, removing and storing waste and recycling materials, coordinating goods from the FG warehouse to goods issue, manual loading of containers, and loading trucks are also in the scope of this position.

Requirements

Completion of professional education, preferably in Logistics area
At least 2 years of work experience, preferrebly in Material Handling, work with Warehouse Management Systems.
Fluency in English
Forklift driver's license (with practical experience), computer skills, experience in operating an aerial work platform, communication and teamwork skills, good physical endurance and willingness to do shifts work.

Responsibilities

Provide filter pallets on the cigarette machines, provide tobacco boxes for hand loading, provide the correct materials on the various cigarette and filter machines, and issue the spare parts as per the maintenance team request. Support the stock count and inventory management. Complete transactions in SAP and/or WMS.
Stage and provide the finished goods according to the delivery note and shipment schedule. Load the transport units (trailer / train / container) according to the delivery noteExit inspection based on the assigned task / delivery note. Perform Goods Issue for the exports
Work safely with the forklift, reacher, or electric pallet jack within our storage racks and other systems in the warehouse and in production, operate the palletizing system, forklifts, aerial work platforms, manual pallet handlers and the strapping machine.
Adhere to the specifications of the ISO manuals, visual control of production (quality), apply and assist with revisions of instructions based on 5S3R. Holiday replacement in the Logistics & Warehouse area, cover coworkers during breaks, and introduce and training new employees (including ISO document)
Assist with various work as required throughout the warehouse as directed, material handling and assist with inventory if required. Take full accountability of the safety measure in maintaining ZERO LTI in the factory as well as perform the tasks in a safe and environmentally safe manner. Ensure full compliance with JTI Code of Conduct, EHS procedures, labor law, corporate guidelines, internal regulations and work performance instructions, ISO requirements, 5S3R principles. Continuously improve processes within MS.
Adhering to operational, legal and official regulations on occupational safety and accident prevention. Understand health and safety aspects of own work, identifying potential hazards and always making own workplace healthy and safe. Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to the supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors and eliminate them within position's authority. Pass information on possible safety-related issues during shift handover.
