About The Position

Join our team as a Warehouse Team Lead and help drive the success of our ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) operations, delivery, and kitting activities. In this role, you'll lead by example-training team members, supporting new product launches, and ensuring all processes meet safety and performance standards. You'll play a key role in cross-functional communication, helping resolve issues quickly and keeping operations on track. Requirements

• Complete knowledge of ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System)
• Complete knowledge of Cycle Counting, Sampling and Scrap/POTP (point of time processing) extraction.
• Complete knowledge and operation/function of Fork Truck Driver and OBD (on demand delivery) Driver.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to operate a forklift; ability to climb on/off on a repetitive basis throughout the day; frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities for ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) standard work functions; cycle count (regular/fiscal and emergency counts - when needed), sampling, forklift driver/OBD(on demand delivery), ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) back up.
• Ensure all ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), delivery, kitting activities are conducted within standard and expectations of department.
• Support Supervisor in planning/executing workloads, tasks, daily reporting and achieving key metrics.
• Inventory monitoring and adjustments in SAP.
• Developing training plans for new hires, evaluate progress and provide continuing education/development.
• Continue to drive safety culture within internal logistics and other departments to grow safety culture.
