About The Position

As a Warehouse Selector at Capstone Logistics, you will be responsible for selecting products throughout the warehouse using various warehouse equipment, including single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. You will also perform other duties as assigned by site leadership, which may include using VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or reading manual tickets. This position requires a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic who can work independently and make decisions as needed to accomplish tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to make independent decisions as needed.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse using warehouse equipment.
• Using VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or reading manual tickets.
• Performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Providing accurate entry of data and handling administrative tasks as assigned.
• Walking throughout the warehouse during the shift.
