About The Position

Our selectors strive in making sure we deliver quality pallets of fresh foods to our customers! Location: Ephrata, PA Shift: 2nd shift (consistent schedule, 1 weekend evening required) Pay: $18/hour base $3/hour shift differential Up to $6 in incentives based on performance and safety Who We Are We are a family of companies that focus on wholesale produce distribution and logistics across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Requirements

Non-slip safety shoes
Cold temperature clothing gear such as jacket, hat, gator, gloves etc.

Responsibilities

Navigate the warehouse operating a rider electric pallet jack and center rider to pick assignments
Use the Vocollect headset to understand pick locations and quantity to build the order
Take pride in building a neat, sturdy pallet
Transport the finished pallet to the correct location for loading and delivery
Assist with other tasks as needed
Work 10 to 12 hours per day, working 3-4 days per week, depending on the schedule. Overtime required at the end of the shift if work is not completed. Voluntary and involuntary overtime opportunities available throughout the year.
