About The Position

The Warehouse Selector at Publix is responsible for efficiently selecting and preparing products for delivery to stores. This role involves physical activity, including walking, lifting, and bending, while utilizing state-of-the-art technology to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and stacking products weighing up to 67 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate a pallet truck or forklift safely.
• Ability to read, write, and verify numbers accurately.
• Must be able to interpret and follow instructions.
• Pass a Physical Agility Test, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Select products ordered by Publix stores and place them onto pallets.
• Wrap finished orders and prepare them for delivery trucks.
• Utilize technology to track product orders and locations within the warehouse.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in order selection to maximize earnings.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure shelves are stocked across store locations.
