Warehouse Security & Facilities Manager

The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs.
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Three (3) to five (5) years or more experience in security operations (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred), required
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Assumes personal responsibility for actions
- Microsoft Office and PowerBI intermediate, required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Security software (Lenel/Milestone) intermediate, preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring
- Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units.
- Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.
- Update SOP's as required and review weekly cost.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
