We are currently looking for SAP Key User Technician with previous demonstrations of leadership and administrative skills to join our dynamic project team working at our 1.4 million square foot warehouse, distribution, and customer fulfillment center in Wilmer, TX. This SAP Key User Technician role is located at our Dallas Fulfillment Center in Wilmer, Texas. Working behind the scenes in our supply network, Technicians are vital to the success of our business at P&G. As a technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping Site throughput flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. The SAP KU is responsible for maintaining SAP and Productivity & Inventory Management Engine (PrIME) Accuracy. The individual in this job must be organized, have good communication skills, have high standards for safety, and be willing to learn continuously. As the owner of the warehouse management systems (WMS), Key Users are expected to be the process and system experts in the facility.

  • Working computer knowledge
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast moving environment
  • Lift, lower and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Push & pull objects up to 50 lbs.
  • The ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time. Surface: Concrete, gravel, asphalt (uneven surfaces), and equipment.
  • Twist bend at the knees, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and reach.
  • The ability to meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing hearing protection, eye protection, and foot protection, and the ability to respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals for equipment startup, evacuation, fire, etc.
  • Operate a computer keyboard to input and access data, and phone as well as scanners and electronic interfaces.
  • The ability to enter and work in enclosed areas.
  • The ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt.

Responsibilities

  • Role model leadership and inclusion.
  • Work with Manager to maintain cohesive, responsive, and flexible organization.
  • Coach shift team and support resources to comply with established standards.
  • Open Receipt Reconciliation (SAP Receiving Errors, Alpha Doors, Receipt Verification, Past Due Receipts). Proactive problem solving.
  • Inventory Deliverable Scheduling and Reporting – direction setting as needed for Inventory team.
  • Timely completion of inventory governance audits.
  • Serve as a liaison between Operations Coordinators and Inventory Team.
  • Provide feedback to Operations on outages for systemic resolution.
  • Lost pallet research and resolution in SAP.
  • Training and capability of team.
  • Inventory Hospital Area support.
  • Flow to the work – days, nights, weekends (if applicable)
