Position Details : Pay: $16/hour Shifts: Monday- Friday 6am- 3:30pm Job Location: 1945 James Pkwy, Heath, OH, 43056 Position Purpose : We value the safety and health of our associates! The Sanitation, Warehouse ensures the health and safety of all our associates by always maintaining a clean and safe workplace. General cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pick up, and use of compactor. May be required to work with cleaning chemicals. Primary Responsibilities: The Janitor / Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary warehouse environment to support the health, safety, and productivity of all associates. This role performs general janitorial and sanitation duties across warehouse areas, including dry, cooler, and freezer environments, and may support office areas as assigned. The position is essential to ensure compliance with company safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
1+ years of general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience in a warehouse environment
Pallet jack experience

Responsibilities

Perform general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation duties in warehouse areas (dry, cooler, and freezer)
Maintain cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and use of trash compactors
Perform similar cleaning duties in office or common areas as assigned
Safely handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with Hazardous Materials (HazMat) guidelines and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Complete all assigned work in accordance with company health, safety, and sanitation policies
Immediately report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, or hazards to ensure a safe workplace
Complete all required safety and compliance training (including Pure Safety modules) in a timely and accurate manner
Operate pallet jack equipment, as required, to transport refuse, trash, or materials to designated receptacles
Maintain dependable attendance and complete assignments accurately and on time
Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs
