About The Position

We need a sanitation associate to work primarily sanitation detail at site, will be crossed trained in unloading and freight hauling and must be willing to travel to provide assistance to sister sites if needs be. Must be able to lift 5 - 10lbs frequently, 15-30lbs rarely. must be able to stand/walk majority of day. People want to work at Capstone because of our high-performance culture. Requirements

Must be able to lift 5 - 10lbs frequently, 15-30lbs rarely
Must be able to stand/walk majority of day
You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)

Responsibilities

The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
Handling of pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
