About The Position

Hiring Warehouse Runners for the 2026-2027 sports season at CSU Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. This is a part-time position. We are looking for people to join our team working at the CSU Football Canvas Stadium and Moby during the 2026-2027 sports season. This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00 - $18.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. This position will remain open until July 17th, 2026.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice or hospitality; experience in a similar venue is a plus.
  • Food service certification.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Must be able to work some weekends.
  • Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
  • The employee is frequently required to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in both weather-related and non-weather-related cold environments.
  • Comfortable performing duties in areas with low levels of carbon monoxide (CO) exposure.
  • Capable of maintaining safety and productivity on wet or slippery surfaces.
  • Willingness to work around extremely hot equipment and surfaces.
  • Tolerance for working in environments with elevated noise levels.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations.
  • Attention to detail, including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality, is always required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
  • Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes.
  • Requires keeping all storage areas and inventory in neat, organized, and sanitary condition as directed.
  • Deliver items according to requisitions and place inventory in a proper fashion using the FIFO method of rotation (First-In-First-Out).
  • Responsible for maintaining the overall security of all storage areas by ensuring that all areas are properly locked and protected.
  • Assist with monthly inventory as directed.
  • Make note of any inventory that is needed to complete upcoming events.
