About The Position

The position involves maintaining inventory and stock of all supplies at various locations before and during events. Responsibilities include the teardown and cleanup of concession stands after events, transporting needed products from the warehouse to internal locations, and ensuring inventory is rotated using the First In First Out (FIFO) method. The individual will also be responsible for adhering to Health and Sanitation Laws, maintaining an organized and clean storeroom, and ensuring security for all stands, equipment, and warehouse areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio
• Ability to follow, read and understand building diagrams and maps

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and stock of all supplies at all locations before and during events
• Tear down and cleanup of concession stands after events
• Transporting needed product from warehouse to internal locations
• Rotates inventory practicing First In First Out (FIFO)
• Maintains rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation Laws, as well as safe transfer/storage procedures
• Maintains an organized and clean storeroom
• Cleans and organizes equipment and stands as needed
• Maintains Security for all stands, equipment and warehouse areas
