About The Position

Join Our Community of Food People! At US FOODS, we are seeking a Warehouse Robo Wrapper who is eager to realize their potential, grow professionally, and become a valued member of our family. This is an entry-level position with potential to move into a Night Selector position. The role involves wrapping all outbound orders in the designated loading zones in compliance with company procedures and standards, ensuring that drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day’s deliveries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of one-year warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to read batch labels.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must be team-oriented and able to get along with others.

Responsibilities

• Wrap all outbound orders in the designated loading zones according to company procedures.
• Ensure all pallets are built according to preferred methods and wrapped from the bottom to the top to avoid damage during transport.
• Notify a supervisor of any issues.
• Complete work in a productive and timely manner.
• Keep pallets in the work area wrapped according to dispatch times.
• Verify header labels are in the upper right-hand corner for easy location by loaders.
• Ensure the work area is free of debris at all times.
• Help loaders by unloading trailers staged in doors.
• Maintain Robo wrappers in clean and operational condition.
• Follow all safety work practices and maintain a clean and orderly dock area.
