Coleto Brands, parent company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is looking for a Returns Clerk to join our growing team in Jefferson, GA. The regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. The ideal candidate is a team player who is proactive, organized, and capable of handling returns efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and communication. The Returns Clerk is responsible for accurately processing customer returns by entering data into SAP and ensuring returned products are handled efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with internal teams such as customer service and warehouse operations.
