About The Position

The Warehouse Representative at The Cigna Group supports outbound operations by managing inventory-related tasks and assisting the inventory team. This role ensures the accuracy of truck orders and contributes to the efficiency of the shipping process.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of AS400/TPS preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to understand mathematical conversions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound operations with inventory-related tasks.
• Assist the inventory team with regular duties as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of truck orders processed by the leadership team and coordinators.
• Perform replenishments to maintain focus on the current pick/pack process.
• Conduct receiving audits to ensure accuracy with lot/expiration dates before picking.
• Facilitate bin moves to increase efficiency by placing fast-moving items closer to the picker.
• Research orders and location variances to resolve issues at the end of the night.
• Perform quality checks on truck shipments.
