About The Position

Our Warehouse Repack personnel sort, weigh, and re-pack fresh produce into original or replacement cartons or containers for resale. Essential Functions: Work in a constant cold environment with room temperatures not exceeding 45 degrees. Work requires that the employee stand at a sorting table for most of their shift. Lifting is a requirement i.e., cases are loaded and off-loaded onto pallets in the Repack area. Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Good attention to detail, as well as an ability to differentiate different quality levels of various products
• Must be able to work in a consistently cold environment (between 38 -40 degrees)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Must be able to stand, walk, carry, push, pull reach, bend, stoop, crouch, and twist unaided
