Green Rabbit (Recently acquired by Performance Food Group and operating under their Vistar segment) is looking for a 1st shift warehouse associate in our Repack room. This position involves assembling custom snack boxes in a hands-on warehouse environment, requiring accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards.

  • Follow visual guides to pack snack boxes accurately.
  • Open bulk packaging and organize items into bins.
  • Work along the packing line to insert snacks into boxes as instructed.
  • Use digital scales to weigh candy/snack portions.
  • Ensure all items meet portion and packaging requirements.
  • Seal snack bags using appropriate equipment (e.g., heat sealers).
  • Apply correct labels to bags or boxes per instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Be flexible and rotate between tasks as needed.
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
  • Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
  • Ability to see, speak, hear, write, and understand the English language.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
  • Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry.
  • Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
