If you’re looking for a stable company with growth opportunities, we’d love to meet you. We are hiring Warehouse Repack Associates to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will repack fresh food products into standard pack sizes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and food safety compliance. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs consistently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Food distribution or warehouse experience is a plus
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Work environment noise level is usually moderate
- Pre employment drug testing is required; also, random drug testing is done.

Responsibilities
- Repack fresh food products into designated standard pack sizes
- Assemble shipping boxes and packaging materials
- Accurately weigh products and print/apply box labels
- Seal and stack finished boxes on pallets for distribution
- Assist with receiving inbound products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and company food safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
