About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Relief Worker to work at our sauces processing facility in Fremont, OH. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Starting Pay Rate $24.53 per hour.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays
  • 5+ years’ forklift driver experience
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate the use of SAP
  • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Prior Forklift Driver experience required
  • Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to carry out orders pertaining to the operation of the department without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to communicate with employees and/Supervision
  • Must maintain work areas in a clean and safe condition following all GMP's
  • Follow all departmental and factory safety rules and conform to all JSA's.
  • Effectively execute the job responsibilities for Forklift Driver and Palletizer Operator
  • Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Pay rate will be based upon job assignment
