About The Position

We are seeking a detail-driven Warehouse Receiving Technician to accurately receive, tag, and record inbound IT assets. This role requires accuracy and pace — mistakes create billing and data issues, while throughput sets the speed for the production line.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs during the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Experience in production-line or high-throughput environments.
• Forklift or walk-behind forklift experience.
• Familiarity with asset or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize inbound IT hardware.
• Verify asset tags and serial numbers; apply new tags as needed.
• Enter asset details into the ITF system with high accuracy.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information.
• Stage and move equipment to designated areas to maintain production flow (including overflow receiving racking when needed).
