About The Position

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Receiving Supervisor at our Distribution Location in Bowling Green, KY . The Warehouse Packer Supervisor ensures that all goods are received accurately, inspected for quality, recorded properly, and stored in accordance with company procedures. This role will lead a team, enforce safety and compliance standards, and work cross-functionally to support warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations, with 2+ years in supervisory role.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
  • Monday-Friday Day Shift; with occasional weekend overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all safety regulations and proper use of equipment, like forklifts, and company policies are followed.
  • Monitor daily receiving operations, including unloading, accurate and timely data entry and documentation of incoming shipments.
  • Allocate workloads and resources to meet receiving deadlines and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
  • Experienced using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team of employees.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to give both positive and constructive feedback and hold teams accountable to company goals and processes.
  • Ability to create tools and strategies for tracking performance.
  • Review and update SOP s as necessary.
