Nice To Haves
- Pallet Jack experience preferred.
- Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection.
Responsibilities
- Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type
- Take store phone calls/orders and assist them with ad-ons, memos and outs
- Data Entry
- Monitor system information, notify supervisors of needed adjustments
- Customer service
- Prepare store mail for delivery
- Pick up selector scratches and buyer chases, create invoices, attach orders to routes, release and print labels
- Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile and note overages shorts and damage and close out purchase orders
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Greeting incoming outside truck drivers and directing to proper unloading bay
- Entering purchase order receipts into computer system and printing receiving tags for use by Receivers
- Contacting carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for delivery of materials
- Conferring and corresponding with customers, vendors and others to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications
- Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
