About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse / Receiving Associate to join a busy supply company that supports the oil and gas industry. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are received, tracked, and distributed accurately throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with material handling, forklift operation, and basic computer/data entry tasks. This role involves unloading incoming shipments, verifying materials, entering information into the system, and assisting with loading outbound trucks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and able to work safely while handling industrial materials and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing lists
• Enter receiving information and shipment details into the companys system
• Organize and stage materials within the warehouse
• Assist with preparing outgoing shipments and loading trucks
• Perform general material handling and warehouse support duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
