About The Position

PharMerica is hiring a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of goods, and confirming they match purchase orders. Prior experience operating a sit‑down forklift in a warehouse environment is required. Location: On-site in Groveport, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Requirements

  • Ability to use OnePoint Patient Care and Microsoft Office computer applications.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approachesto problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good interpersonal skills; ability to work cooperatively andreliably.

  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision; remains composed and behaves professionally during stressful situations.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Confer with customers and team members to resolve questions, problems and requests (i.e. calls from nurses,patients, NOHs, address changes).
  • Data Entry (i.e. vehicle maintenance, customer information).
  • Facilitate out of town shipments/UPS.
  • Report procedural errors and inappropriate behavior to managers.
  • Advise team members and coordinate accident protocol/procedures.
  • Quality control of same day deliveries (bin transfer).
  • Communicate and provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and pharmacy team members, providingfeedback, comments, questions, concerns.
  • Exceed quality customer service standards by phone and in person.
