As a Receiver/Checker, you will ensure that the correct merchandise is received by the facility free of damage, infestation, and in correct quantities. You will examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming shipment. Record the correct count and pallet type for input upon completion of the PO. Additionally, you will record shipment data into the computer system, maintain accurate counts on inbound freight, assist with maintaining an accurate inventory, and monitor warehouse management systems.
