About The Position

The Warehouse Receiver position at Aerotek involves working in a refrigerated warehouse environment, primarily responsible for receiving, inspecting, and packing flower shipments. Requirements

• Experience in packing, picking, and using pallet jacks.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments.
• Experience with RF scanners and packaging.

• Able to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (36 degrees) for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly attitude and adaptable to change in a positive manner.
• Warehouse and equipment experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments by unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming flower shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Keep coolers clean, safe, and organized by removing empty boxes, pallets, straps, and other materials that do not belong in the work area.
• Pick orders using RF scanners or paper tickets.
• Pack orders to prepare them for shipment.
• Properly store flowers in a temperature-controlled environment to maintain their quality.
• Handle materials of completed orders, stack boxes, shrink wrap, and stage pallets.
