About The Position

The role provides support across warehouse, production, and quality functions by handling tasks such as shipping/receiving, inventory management, operating equipment, and assisting with large-format printing operations. It also involves quality inspections, fabric testing, and administrative tasks to ensure materials and production meet required standards. This is a Veteran-ready job in a Veteran-friendly, Veteran-led Company. Hours: 4pm – 2:30am, Monday - Thursday. Initial training period hours are projected to be from 12:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Thursday for approximately the first week or two.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience – Background in warehouse, production, quality control, or printing operations preferred. Military experience and/or an associate degree or trade certification (e.g., Auto Mechanic, HVAC) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills – Basic computer literacy, light mechanical aptitude, and the ability to provide basic support to mechanical equipment. Experience with pallet jacks and general warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory placement, and housekeeping is beneficial.
  • Printing Knowledge – Familiarity with printing processes, materials, and equipment, including identifying fabrics and inks, and understanding scrap segregation.
  • Physical Requirements – Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable personal transportation.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset – Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to document information accurately and coordinate across departments.
  • Attention to Detail – Ability to spot inconsistencies or errors quickly and take proactive steps to correct them, helping to minimize waste and ensure quality.
  • Adaptability and Agility – Comfortable shifting priorities based on company needs, staying flexible and solution-focused.

  • Must be US Citizen, per US government contracts

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and stoop for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts or tools
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks (training provided if required)
  • Tolerance for working in varying temperatures and industrial environments
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
  • Adequate vision (with or without corrective lenses) for reading labels, documents, and operating machinery safely
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain focused on quality and safety

Responsibilities

  • Process and track inbound/outbound items
  • Perform shipping and receiving functions
  • Pull, pack and prepare items for shipment
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and conduct cycle counts
  • Assist in effectively managing materials/finished goods
  • Enter and retrieve data from the ERP system
  • Complete quality control inspections on fabric and end items
  • Operate a pallet jack
  • Operate a reach truck or forklift
  • Operate a Dully pickup Truck
  • Train as an apprentice under the guidance of an experienced professional
  • Support the operation of our large-format inkjet printers to produce orders
  • Keep the line fed by loading and unloading raw materials
  • Perform light mechanical support matters (cleaning filters, greasing points, wiping and cleaning, etc)
  • Perform administrative tasks related to production (reporting, work order, and data entry)
  • Inspect raw and finished materials to ensure consistency and integrity
  • Cut and sew samples of fabric for testing purposes
  • Measure and test materials before and after processing
  • Assign and categorize materials based on level of damage
  • Participate in field testing
