Currently, we are seeking a Warehouse Parts Puller to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, storing and pulling parts and components from our inventory to fulfill assembly orders. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to maintaining a well-organized warehouse will be essential to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience using scanning equipment for inventory tracking purposes.
  • Experience operating sit-down or stand up Forklifts required. Experience operating scissor lifts is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if applicable).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
  • Experience using scanning equipment and navigating inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Parts Pulling: Accurately and efficiently locate and pull parts and components from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by performing regular stock checks, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Quality Control: Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the warehouse, including the safe operation of equipment, and handling hazardous materials (if applicable).
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of pulled parts, including quantities, serial numbers, and other relevant information, to facilitate tracking and order fulfillment.
  • Scanning: Scan items in and out of inventory properly using hand-held scanners and/or tablets.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff, including stockers, supervisors, and shipping personnel, to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Organization: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring that parts are stored in their designated locations and that aisles are clear of obstacles.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and report any issues or challenges related to part availability, discrepancies, or damaged items to the supervisor.
