About The Position

Focus Manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse & Production Support Associate to support our manufacturing operations through effective shipping/receiving, inventory control, purchasing support, and production assistance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work, organization, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with ERP/MRP software a plus.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with purchasing and vendor coordination preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of parts, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s ERP/MRP system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchasing requests to replenish inventory.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse/storage area.
• Assist with light assembly work during peak production periods.
• Stage materials and parts for the production team as needed.
