About The Position

The Warehouse Employee is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards to maintain smooth logistics and inventory management.

Requirements

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel and ERP systems.
(Preferably SAP/HANA)
Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory lists.
Ability to lift up to 70pounds and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
Receive goods in our ERP system.
Organize and store products in designated locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management systems.
Conduct stock counts and assist with cycle counting.
Print, Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and confirmed ship date.
Help our shipping/Invoicing team by booking shipments with our preferred freight forwarders.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation for outbound shipments.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Perform routine checks and report maintenance needs.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent accidents.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.
Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the warehouse department as a whole
