About The Position

This Warehouse & Production Associate role supports distribution and manufacturing operations for multiple client partners across the Omaha metro area. Associates play a critical role in daily operations by assisting with product handling, production support, and warehouse activities in fast-paced environments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent schedules, and being part of an operations team. Opportunities may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire depending on client needs and performance.

Requirements

• Warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check (client-specific)
• Reliable transportation

• Warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and production tasks as assigned
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with assembly, packaging, or production line operations
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and production procedures
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
