Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and with team members
Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality work
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Comfortable using computers and related systems
Adaptable and eager to learn new processes
Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Reliable and takes initiative when needed
Physically capable of working in a production environment
Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine setup and maintenance

Responsibilities

Pack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.
Operating and learning large format equipment across printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping
Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
Measure, weight, and count products and materials.
Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product packaged.
Check orders on computers using the company’s database.
Communicate with the management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed.
Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with boxes and packing paper.
Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
Perform scheduled maintenance.
Maintaining efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines
Taking on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs require
Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Communicate equipment and material problems with management and vendors in a timely manner.
Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager upon found issues.
Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
