About The Position

The Warehouse Processor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and organized processing of goods and materials, with a focus on LTL (Less Than Truckload) and UPS picking, processing, and shipping operations. This role provides an opportunity for growth into a lead position, emphasizing the development and mentorship of Warehouse Associates while ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Order processing experience
• LTL processing experience
• UPS and FedEx experience
• Shipping/receiving experience
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, high reach, and cherry picker machinery
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing LTL and UPS processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and mentor Warehouse Associates, focusing on LTL and UPS areas.
• Provide operational oversight and direction to Warehouse Associates in the LTL and UPS sections.
• Conduct regular performance audits, offering feedback and support for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to document and audit LTL/UPS processes.
• Conduct end-of-year performance reviews for direct reports.
• Ensure efficient workflows in LTL and UPS operations, allocating labor resources as per operational demands.
