About The Position

The Warehouse Processing/Storage Driver is responsible for collecting customer information regardless of media type while operating company vehicles. This position requires adherence to federal and state transportation laws and company policies. The role includes barcoding and processing new boxes, pulling access lists, refiling boxes/files, and performing responsibilities related to bay consolidations. The driver must demonstrate proficiency in operating a picker, forklift, or other company equipment, and perform safety checks on equipment before use. The position also involves driving vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• MVR Check.
• Background check.
• Ability to pass random drug screens.
• Ability to carry a cell phone for constant communication.
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks daily (lifting 40-50 lb. boxes).
• Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills.
• Willingness to perform tasks at significant heights (12-14 ft.).
• Ability to use handheld computer, electric pickers, drive van and box truck.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Availability for overtime and around-the-clock work including holidays.
• Strong directional awareness and navigational skills.
• Commercial Driver's License, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes.
• Pull access list.
• Refile Boxes/Files.
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction.
• Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating a picker, forklift or other company equipment.
• Perform operations and safety check on equipment before signing out.
• Safely pull, load and move boxes to assigned areas.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
• Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
• Report to work two hours early in inclement weather to prepare company vehicles.
