The Warehouse Porter/Housekeeper maintains a clean and organized warehouse following OSHA guidelines and Imperial Dade's standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience as a Porter in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, guardrails, and other surfaces in the warehouse and office areas
• Maintain the warehouse and offices in a neat and orderly fashion
• Operate forklift equipment to stack pallets
• Operate the trash compactor, floor scrubber, and cardboard bailer
• Perform other duties as requested
