About The Position

The Warehouse Picking Associate is responsible for efficiently filling orders, verifying inventory, packing items, and maintaining a clean work area. This role requires the use of manual pallet jacks and involves physical activity in a distribution center environment.

Requirements

• Safely operate a manual pallet jack (or 1 equipment type).
• Ability to perform basic math computation and have a solid understanding of both written and oral communication (English).
• Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement.
• Ability to perform multiple job functions effectively and accurately.
• Ability to learn new job functions and adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Cursory ability to use computers/RT devices.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders on foot (pick to box) and utilizing required lift equipment.
• Verify inventory against physical counts and adjust errors.
• Pack and repack loose items.
• Deliver product and/or supplies to the designated area.
• Fill out any/all paperwork required by each area.
• Clean and maintain work area in an orderly fashion.
• Other duties as assigned.
