About The Position

About the Role: As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you’re the final step before customers get their auction wins. You’ll be responsible for locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately—making sure customers receive exactly what they’re expecting. It’s a fast-paced, active role for someone who loves to stay moving and thrives in a team setting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred
• Required to meet performance standards and KPI
• Understanding of inventory control is required
• High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
• Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced
• Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures
• Warehouse experience is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus!

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare sold items for customer pickup or delivery
