About The Position

As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you are the final step before customers receive their auction wins. This role involves locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately, ensuring customers get exactly what they expect. It is a fast-paced, active position suitable for individuals who enjoy staying mobile and thrive in a team environment. The role offers a dynamic setting where the day flies by, surrounded by friendly, team-oriented coworkers. Candidates should be prepared for extensive walking and movement throughout the shift, potential challenges in finding misplaced items, and evolving processes as the company grows. The warehouse environment can also experience varying temperatures, being hot or cold depending on the season.

Requirements

• Required to meet performance standards and KPI
• Understanding of inventory control is required
• High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
• Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced
• Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred
• Warehouse experience is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus!
