About The Position
Responsible for building pallets and loading draft, bulk, service, on premise routes in an efficient and accurate manner. This position is Monday-Friday, working 2nd shift beginning at 1:00pm to whenever you are finished with picks for the day. You are paid an hourly rate + pick commission. First 30 days are paid at a flat hourly rate of $16.50. After training period is over you are flipped over to $13.00/hour + $0.05/per pick.
