About The Position

The Warehouse Picker 2 position at B&H involves performing various tasks related to the handling and management of merchandise within a warehouse environment. This role is essential for ensuring that products are accurately picked, sorted, and prepared for order fulfillment under the supervision of a manager or team leader.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (10+ hours/day)
• Attention to detail and ability to count
• Ability to locate and identify specific items
• Proficient in using a hand scanner to enter data in a computer system

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking
• Ensure accuracy of product selection
• Scan items against order slips to ensure full order is filled with correct merchandise
• Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes
• Utilize OPEX machinery system
• Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer's orders
• Use warehouse management system to make accurate inventory changes
• Use hand scanner and dual screens to enter data in a computer system
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
