About The Position

Assist with shipping and receiving of raw material and finished product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Be able to interact with Production and Quality Departments Must be able to pass the company forklift training Must be able to know and operate the computer systems Needs to be attentive to details Records appropriate inventory reports Keep the work area clean and safe Needs basic understanding of Microsoft Office Needs to be available for overtime Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities. Reports to the Warehouse Lead Person and be able to work in a self-directed team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and/or prior warehouse experience
Ability to read, analyze and follow directions.
Must be able to speak, listen, and openly communicate with team members and actively participate in team meetings.
Ability to apply formulas and mathematical concepts, and to use them in daily input and output scenarios.
Ability to define and react to problems, collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion and decision.
Lift up to 60 lbs. on a frequent basis
Push or pull with up to 50 lbs. of force on an occasional basis
Stoop, kneel, climb, or squat on an occasional basis
Use hands to grip, pinch, handle, reach, or feel on a frequent basis
Stand on a continuous basis and walk on a frequent basis
Possess manual dexterity
Able to operate equipment while at 40 feet in the air
