About The Position
The Warehouse Person is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and issuing supplies for field related projects. This position involves receiving and shipping freight, organizing the warehouse and supplies, performing inventory counting/control, and handling materials between the warehouse and trucks. The role requires skillful and safe use of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists. The Warehouse Person will also pull equipment and stage jobs for work crews, unload and restock materials from freight trucks, process returned materials, prepare trucks for deliveries, and complete proper documentation of warehouse functions. The job may require working overtime, including evenings and weekends, in response to acute service needs, and involves safely lifting parts, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
