Specific duties include transport truck loading (moving full pallets, removing returns, unloading raw materials), bulk truck loading (selecting products, building stable, shrink-wrapped pallets, unloading returns), and route truck loading (customized product selection for salespersons' orders, unloading returns). The role demands lifting a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly over long periods, requiring constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
