To learn more about Pearce visit http://www.pearce-services.com. Your Impact: Are you a driven individual ready to take on the role of Warehouse/Parts Runner for Pearce’s Tower Services division? If so, you will be responsible for providing delivery of necessary parts and supplies to service repair Technicians, assist with loading and unloading of equipment and systems, and performing on-the-job training tasks as required. This role is a great match for independent, self-starters who are willing to travel regionally, as needed.

Requirements

  • One (1+) years of driving experience in the same or similar role desired
  • Basic computer knowledge/ability to use tablet/skills in MS Office
  • Able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds)
  • Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a clean driving record
  • Compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulations
  • Must have the ability to inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment/alarms effectively, both visually and audibly
  • Must have the ability to be on call and travel for work when needed is highly preferred, especially during busy summer months
  • May need to pass DOT physical

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver parts to locations throughout the region
  • Receives and loads equipment and systems
  • Maintains truck and ensures maintenance schedules are within the Company guidelines (i.e., wash truck weekly, oil changes), and ensures tools and equipment are in safe operating condition
  • Maintains the inventory of parts that have been delivered
  • Assists with loading/unloading parts
  • Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
