Requirements

Highly detail-oriented and organized
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and comfortable working in a warehouse and production setting
Willingness to learn security system components and parts
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment
Ability to use a computer for order and inventory tracking

Responsibilities

Review work orders and job folders to pull and stage the correct parts for upcoming jobs
Receive and process incoming shipments , ensuring parts are checked in and stored properly
Maintain an organized parts inventory and warehouse workspace
Provide parts and materials to technicians for scheduled installations and service calls
Deliver parts to job sites when needed to support field technicians
Accept, inspect, and restock returned parts from technicians
Assist with basic fleet coordination tasks as needed
Work closely with the Production team to ensure daily operations stay on schedule
